A La Chic Boutique is proud to provide priority shipping for at no cost on any sized order. All orders will receive FREE priority shipping. Orders may take up to 48 hours to process and ship, unless there are seasonal or stock delays, in which case all customers will be contacted immediately.

RETURNS

All item(s), aside from sale items, may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of your order's receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the shipping  and handling of the returned item(s).

*To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags attached.

EXCHANGES

 

Due to our limited quantities per style, we cannot guarantee a size exchange will be available. Email us at info@alachicboutique.com for exchange availability.  If you would simply like to exchange one item for another, you may due so for an item of equal or higher cost, at your own shipping/handling expense, within 7 days of your order's receipt. Exchange(s) will be processed after the item is received.

MISSING PACKAGES

 

A' La Chic is not liable for any undeliverable package due to an incorrect shipping address, or being left unclaimed at the post office. If a package is missing we are not responsible, we will do our best to locate it; however, if it can't be located, no refunds will be issued. A' La Chic Boutique Inc is also not responsible for lost or stolen packages that state delivered. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind that orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
